IABC Houston presents the Bronze Quill Awards Gala Celebration on Thursday, April 18, 2013, and you have an opportunity to partner with IABC in this effort through event sponsorship.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

Bronze/Presenting – $6,000

There will be only one Bronze-level sponsor. This sponsorship level provides the following:

Full-page, full-color advertisement in the event program on back page
Top-level placement of sponsor logo on all event promotional materials and media
Large logo in roster of sponsors in all promotional media
Introduction of the Communicator of the Year
A reserved VIP table for 10 adjacent to the President’s Table at the event
Display space in the event venue to showcase your business

Platinum – $4,000

Platinum sponsors receive:

Full-page, full-color advertisement in the event program, right-hand read placement
Placement above Gold Level sponsors in all promotional media
Medium-sized logo in roster of sponsors in all promotional media
Display space in the event venue to showcase your business
Eight tickets to the Gala for your employees or guests

Gold– $2,000

Gold sponsors receive:

1/2-page advertisement in the event program
Placement above the Silver Level sponsors in all promotional media
A small logo in the roster of sponsors in all promotional media
Five tickets to the Gala for your employees or guests

Silver – $1,000

Silver sponsors receive:

1/4-page advertisement in the event program
A small logo in the roster of sponsors in all promotional media
Two tickets to the Gala for your employees or guests

Entertainment Sponsor – $1,000

The 2013 event will include live music during the reception and dinner. The Entertainment Sponsor’s company logo and name will be displayed with the band and will be included in the roster of sponsors in all promotional media.

Gift Bag Sponsor – $1,000

The Gift Bag Sponsor will receive promotion via event media and your logo will be included on the gift bags provided to each of the guests.
