Become a Sponsor

Current members of the Houston IABC chapter and non-members have an opportunity to sponsor a luncheon, breakfast or after-hours mixer during the 2008-2009 season.

Sponsorship opportunities are now open and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For current members, prices range from $250 for an after-hours mixer to $350 for a luncheon or breakfast event. The price for non-members doubles. Each sponsorship includes:

• Sponsor recognition on all communications for the event
• Opportunity to display signs/brochures at the event 
• Opportunity to distribute information to each seat or table prior to the event
• Link to sponsor’s Web site from the email included in communications related to the event
• Logo/name, brief descriptive copy and a link to sponsor’s Web site on IABC Web page about the event
• Two complimentary seats at the event
• Introduction at the event and opportunity to make a brief announcement to the group
• Opportunity to do a raffle for attendees at event by collecting business cards at display.

If you wish to reserve a space now and select a specific month as the speakers and topics take shape, that's fine. Graphic design firms may wish to note that, regardless of the speaker, it’s always a great time to raise your profile at IABC. • Opportunity to do a raffle for attendees at the event by collecting business cards at display
• Opportunity to hold the mixer at your place of business.
