Mark Schumann is a 13-time Gold Quill winner and the co-author of Brand from the Inside, published in 2006, and Brand for Talent, to be published in 2009. Mark, a past IABC/Houston Communicator of the Year and highly regarded speaker, has been at the front of the profession in such issues as creating an employee brand, managing change through effective communication, coaching and training CEO and line managers to conduct effective face-to-face communication, conducting research to measure return on investment in communication, and motivating employees to be effective consumers of the programs the organization offers, from benefits to pay to career development.
