Details for "Anticipating & Dealing With Change (Luncheon only)"

Many of us make an effort to deal with the future by developing a plan. In business, we often call it a "strategic plan," since we start with analyzing an organization's situation and agreeing on moving in a strategic direction for a number of years.

"The most important part of the strategic planning process is setting the direction for change. This is much more than just anticipating change that lies ahead. Here, an organization determines how it will change on its own to be better prepared for the future; to be a force that others will react to," says Dr. Bishop.

At this luncheon presentation, Dr. Bishop will offer attendees insight into how we can equip ourselves and our organizations with the skills necessary to be successful in embracing and leveraging change while achieving our vision of the future.
