Vendor Marketplace – March 22

Once again, space is available, on a first-come, first-served basis for a Vendor Marketplace to showcase the services provided by all IABC/Houston and ESIG members. Designers, writers, printers, photographers, consultants that provide services to communicators, this is your chance to Be Heard by the Great Herd. 

Here are the simple details:

1.      Event:  IABC/Houston Vendor Marketplace at Brennan’s on March 22 during the IABC/Houston luncheon program.

2.      Cost:  $50 for a 4 foot table in the upstairs patio balcony, just outside the ballroom to display portfolio samples, giveaways, etc.  (Only ? to ? vendor tables can be comfortably accommodated so join in early.)

3.      Member Registration Price: IABC and ESIG vendor participants can register for the luncheon event at the IABC member price of $33.

4.      Promotion:  A variety of promotions for the event and ESIG participants will include:

o       Pre-Promotion: The Vendor Marketplace will be promoted on the IABC/Houston Website and in the March STET (for all participants registered when it is distributed).  Each participant will be listed with a URL link (if available) to your Website.
o       E-Briefs and Blast Fax:  Weekly e-briefs and the monthly blast fax will each mention the Vendor Marketplace.

o       Program Day Promotion:  To encourage program attendees to visit each Marketplace participant, we will employ a networking game that will involve a visit to each table.

The always popular Charles Pizzo will be talking about creating an online media room so we’ll expect a great turnout.  Have fun and build business. Make sure that your message can Be Heard, register early.
