Senior Writer 

Job Description

If you are a senior writer with proven experience in a variety of communication disciplines then BrandExtract is the place for you. This is a communicator’s dream company and dream job.

Summary:
The selected candidate will be involved with a wide range of writing projects across a variety of industries. Writing assignments include but are not limited to presentations, Web, print and outdoor ads, broadcast and electronic media, direct mail, marketing collateral, publications and internal campaigns. The senior writer will work with our designers, director of communications & PR and executive management to ensure the delivery of impactful, brand-focused marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
•    Write clear, persuasive and original copy with minimal supervision
•    Meet assigned deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
•    Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
•    Assist with PR activities and events

Required Experience:

•    B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
•    5-10 years of writing experience

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

•    Must have writing experience in a variety of media and possess strong conceptual and branding experience
•    Ability to think strategically and write high-impact materials
•    Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, yet creative
•    Should be familiar with AP style
