The Fifth Business is an integrated communications and digital media design company specializing in Communications Consultancy, Multimedia Development and E-Learning.
We are currently looking for a communications professional to provide consultancy services to our international client base. Job responsibilities include:
- Communications strategy development (emphasis on internal communications)
- Stakeholder analysis
- Business writing for websites, brochures, magazines and speeches
- Presentation development
- Video production
- Event management
- Design project management
- Mentoring of junior staff
This role will be based in Houston but the successful candidate will also be expected to work at the client's site and may sometimes travel on the client's behalf.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor's degree and have proven experience in corporate/internal communications, including strategy & planning, stakeholder analysis, creating practical communications solutions and an understanding of branding and multimedia processes.
The ability to be self motivated and to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality is essential. Candidates should demonstrate creative flair combined with first-rate written and presentation skills. A polished manner and a firm understanding of the need for excellent customer service are also required. Experience of e-learning development would be an advantage.
