About John Hackl





John Hackl is currently a Change Leadership Consultant with Chevron's PRC Consulting Services. He brings more than 15 years of change management, executive coaching and OD experience to Chevron, having developed and implemented full-cycle global change management strategies in the supply chain, manufacturing, utilities, aerospace and defense, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications environments.



Before joining Chevron, John was Director of Organizational Development and Change for Masco Corporation where he provided organizational development and change leadership in support of Masco' various technology and business transformation initiatives. John's career also includes seven years with Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he served as Midwest Director for PwC's People and Change Management Practice. While at PwC, John was also a contributing editor to the Price Waterhouse Change Integration Team's book Better Change: Best Practices for Transforming your Organization (McGraw-Hill). John grew up in Washington, D.C., received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The American University, and a Master's in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. In his spare time, John enjoys competitive sailing, reading, working out and spending time with his friends.






 


 




About Ann Steel



Ann Steel is a versatile and creative consultant with a 20 year track record of successful programs and presentations focused on maximizing the performance of human capital. She has extensive cross cultural experience in a wide variety of industries, both in the US and abroad. A decade of teaching middle school taught her a lot about human nature, and produced her entertaining presentation style---she never fails to energize a room. Her clients include such Fortune 500 companies as Chevron, United, ExxonMobil, BP, and Fidelity Investments. Founder and first President of the Dallas Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type, she is qualified in MBTI, and a variety of other personality assessment tools. Ann holds MAT and MBA degrees.

  • Acted as Change Management SME for a variety of projects at Chevron, including design/implementation of new SharePoint tools, replacement of key safety equipment in Chevron’s largest production field site, and the design of a new tool to help leaders integrate change principles with project management.





  • Author of paper “Using the 3 C’s of Change Management: Culture, Champions, and Communication” included in the  April 2009 PROSCI Global Convention





  • Designed and presented training in Change Management for leadership in a number of client companies including Chevron and Vistage International.
